The Helpline is only available out of office hours and is to assist you in the event of a real problem.
When telephoning the Helpline you will be asked to leave a message giving as much detail as to what your problem is, together with your name, full address and contact telephone numbers.
Please note that informing the Out of Hours Helpline of a problem does not mean that the problem will necessarily be dealt with outside normal working hours. The helpline is provided primarily to deal with urgent problems – for example, gas leaks, major water leaks or serious structural damage. All standard maintenance requirements should be reported during normal working hours on the normal office telephone number above.
For all other emergencies, contact your local Police Force, Ambulance Service or Fire and Rescue, on 999 or 112.
For all gas leaks or suspected gas leaks, call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800111999.
