We set up the business in 1994 (in the days when not even annual gas safety checks were required !). Many things have changed, particularly the amount of paperwork involved, but our basic business philosophy remains the same – to provide a high standard of service to all our clients, and to treat people with dignity and respect. The business has grown over the years to its current level, and we are both very proud of what we have achieved, but none of it would have been possible without our wonderful staff!
Di Owst MARLA (Inv)
Senior Negotiator/Office Manager
Di worked for Castle Estates since we opened our High St. office in 1998 and is the Senior Negotiator here. She enjoys a long standing relationship with many of our landlords who appreciate the personal touch we give them. Di also heads up the preparation of Inventories and Schedule of Conditions and is qualified in producing good quality accurate inventories, which are essential for both tenants and landlords. Di is also part of the team carrying out viewings and regular property visits, and has a great eye for detail!
Anna Godwin MARLA
Property Manager/Office Manager
Anna has worked within the housing and property industry for more years than she is willing admit to and is fully experienced in residential lettings, estate agency, block management and social housing. As the Property/Office Manager her role is varied and includes valuations, regular property visits, viewings, daily maintenance issues, and signing off maintenance works which often involves site visits with contractors and landlord’s. No two days for Anna are ever the same!
Zeta Tugby
Negotiator
Zeta has been with us for over a year now. She had previously worked in customer service for 12 years but now enjoys the challenge of the letting industry.
Zeta is part of the inventory team and also attends property visits, along with showing prospective tenants around properties they are interested in letting.
Zeta is a friendly cheerful member of our team.
Kim Wolstenholme
Administrator
Kim has an impressive 42 years of customer service experience. For the last 21 years, Kim has worked in the property management sector, covering Battle, Bexhill on Sea, Hastings, St Leonards on Sea and surrounding areas. Given her wealth of experience we welcomed Kim to Castle Estates in June 2021 and she has already proved invaluable.
Kim joined Castle Estates as our Office Administrator. As part of Kim's role as Administrator she overseas the Tenants Application Process.

Loyal Companion and Meeter/Greeter
I have worked in the office since I was a young pup, I am great at cleaning out the bins looking for any left-over food! I am very helpful in managing the office’s stress levels - I am always here for a supportive lick/paw and like to take my salary in tummy rubs and treats. Woof!
