Castle Estates South Coast & Weald is the local office of a national residential property management company operating in Battle, Hastings, St. Leonards on Sea, Bexhill on Sea and Robertsbridge. Established in April 1994 it is but one of over 50 similar offices, independently owned yet an integral part of some of the largest and most experienced specialist property management and lettings groups in the UK and Ireland.
All of our Castle Estates wholly owned offices, of which there are 9, are members of ARLA, the Association of Residential Letting Agents. Many other offices are also members of ARLA or NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) or the recently formed, and government supported, NALS (National Approved Lettings Scheme).
The first Castle Estate office opened in 1979 and the company is now one of the best known names in the lettings industry and have an involvement in over 10,000 properties owned by over 4,000 landlords.
